Tom Harig, CEO
A director at Keystone Consulting, Tom has taken on the CEO role at Focus. Tom has over 30 years of experience working in a broad range of manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to joining Keystone, he was a partner in Anderson Consulting's Strategic Services Practice, leading the division's profit and process improvement efforts.
Jim Murauskis, CFO
Jim Murauskis joined Focus in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer where he has responsibility for the Finance, Legal and Human Resources functions. Jim has over 20 years of experience in financial management. Most recently, Jim was CFO of The RoomPlace (Harlem Furniture) where he led all financial areas for this private equity backed retail business. Prior to The RoomPlace, Jim held various financial roles at companies such as Kraft Foods, Metz Baking Company (division of Specialty Foods), Sears, Roebuck and Co, Laidlaw International and ConAgra Foods. Additionally, Jim earned his CPA while at KPMG Peat Marwick. Jim brings to Focus leadership in the areas of strategic/financial planning and analysis, accounting and cash flow management.
Eric Lockwood, President Bath
Eric Lockwood, a principal with Focus Products Group, LLC, has 15 years of experience in the consumer products industry. Eric has been with Focus since its founding in 2001. As the Chief Operating Officer, Eric was the business leader for Distribution, Human Resources, Information Technology and Customer Service. In addition, he managed the integration of all 16 of Focus' acquisitions. In 2009, Eric became president of the Focus Bath Group, shifting his attention to the Sales, Marketing and Product Development functions of this division.
Mike Otterman, President Kitchen
Mike joined Focus Products in September of 2008 as president of the Kitchen Division (Electrics & Housewares). Mike has over 15 years of experience with consumer product companies such as Kraft Foods, Calphalon (A Newell Rubbermaid Company), and Applica/Black & Decker. His background in the housewares industry; from mass to gourmet channels and product development with industry leading brands, complemented the Focus transition to consumer driven, organic growth.
David Wasserman, President Foodservice
David has been president of Focus Foodservice, LLC since the division's inception in April 2006. David has over 21 years experience in the foodservice industry, establishing solid relationships within the dealer, distributer, and end-user/operator communities. He has extensive experience in all aspects of sales & marketing, new product development, procurement, manufacturing and supply chain management. David is serving his second term on the board of directors for the North American Association for Foodservice Manufacturers (NAFEM), while also serving on the finance and executive committees.
Dean Duffy, Vice President of Global Supply Chain
Dean joined Focus Products in May of 2009, as vice president of Global Supply Chain, with responsibilities covering all four divisions. Dean has over 15 years of experience with companies such as Cooper Industries, Newell-Rubbermaid, Maurice Sporting Goods, and Tommy Armour Golf. His background includes operations management, engineering, materials management, production planning, distribution, transportation, global procurement & sourcing, quality control, and product development.
